What not to say
- “Leave us a five-star review.”
- “Show us this review for 10% off.”
- “If you had a great experience, review us on Google; otherwise message us privately.”
- Any wording that pressures the customer to mention a specific employee, phrase, or rating.
Put templates inside a controlled workflow
Use templates as components, not one-off scripts. The system should decide who receives the message, when it is sent, how often it can repeat, and when it stops.
